Ya lo dicen los médicos, andar es muy bueno para la salud.
La verdad es que es un ejercicio que cualquier persona puede realizar, no hace falta tener una excelente forma física ya que cada cual lo hace en función de sus posibilidades. En Rivas, por lo general, las más andarinas son las mujeres...¡venga a dar vueltas al pueblo!
Pero si nos apetece ir un poco más lejos, podemos realizar salidas de senderismo por los alrededores.
Este año la AC San Miguel ha organizado la primavera andarina, que ya empezó el pasado 23 de abril con la excursión a Fuente L'Artica en Luesia y que continúa el 1 de mayo con la subida a la Cabaña del Toro como nos ha contado El Imparcial. ¿Próximo destino? Esperamos que nos lo comuniquen para poder informaros.

Lo acaban de anunciar por el alavoz, l@s andarines/as salen a las 8:30 y l@s ciclistas a las 9:00. Todos ellos saldran desde la plaza.
